As the seasons change and we move into fall, it's important to hit the pause button so we can slow down just long enough to set some intentions, find some gratitude and get rid of some stuff that no longer serves us.
Â
In this two hour workshop we will do some breath work to get our heads clear, practice some all-levels-appropriate restorative yoga and meditation to get really focused and relaxed (so wear comfy clothes, pjs would be fine!), and then we will head out to the bonfire to literally burn some of the things we are ready to let go. After that we'll have spiked cider and some small snacks. It'll be a powerful evening of recharging and resetting. We can't wait to see you there!

Once we are clear on what no longer serves us we will write it down on a separate piece of paper and carry it out to the fire. We'll have time to share what that is if you want (or not if you don't) and then we will BURN THAT SHIT UP Y'ALL! We'll sip some fall inspired drinks and then wrap up and head home to rest and reset.Â
